Caroline is a compassionate and skilled mental health counsellor who brings a unique blend of therapeutic expertise and a deep understanding of spirituality to support individuals in deepening their self-awareness, developing coping strategies, and finding meaning in their challenges with trauma and abuse, grief and loss, addictions, relationship problems and immigration.

She has credentials as a professional counsellor, holistic wellness counsellor and qualified life coach, which have provided her with evidence-based therapeutic modalities. She is adept at utilizing various approaches, including dialect-behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, somatic therapies, trauma-informed care, and the enneagram psychospiritual system. However, her deep connection with the spiritual dimension sets her apart.

Caroline believes that spirituality can provide individuals with purpose, hope, and connection during distress and trauma, and she is committed to maintaining a multicultural and inclusive perspective, honouring each client’s spiritual background and beliefs.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in social communication and a master’s in business administration with 10+ of experience in management. In 2013, after four years of practicing meditation, breathwork and psychic development techniques, she had deep psychological distress, which led to a long-term spiritual crisis and transformation. As a result of these experiences, Caroline gave up her former career and began to work as a Therapist.
